Super Bowl Roundup

Posted in Appetizer, Roundup, Sides

Super Bowl Sunday is one of my favorite days of the year. To celebrate I am introducing one last minute dip to add to your menu. I’m also rounding up all my previous recipes that are sure to be a hit if you are looking for stuff to cook up this weekend.

baked jalapeno dip

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz mayonnaise

4 oz white cheddar, grated

4 oz parmesan, grated

2 tbsp pickled jalapenos, diced

2 fresh jalapenos, diced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic salt

1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease small baking dish

Dice both fresh and pickled jalapenos. When cutting up the fresh jalapeno you can choose to use the seeds and membrane for spice or remove them if you don’t want the dip to be too spicy.

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs until combined thoroughly.  Put mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes until slightly brown and bubbly. Enjoy!
